Lotus Love Yoga Retreats are my absolute Joy! Happiness is my Highest intention because when people experience inspiration, friendship, love and connection they feel moments of joy and this is nurture – nourishment for the body, mind, soul. Happiness is a quality of sattva, spiritual luminosity that awakens ananda, the innermost bliss that is your true nature. This is what I love to cultivate through the sadhana and sangha of yoga. This is why I do what I do! You are so welcome to join us somewhere wonderful in the world.

Into the Wild Yoga Retreat, Watamu, Kenya

The Kenyan village of Watamu beholds coconut palms, soft white sand beaches, turquoise pure waters, coral gardens and tiny paradise islands. Watamu is a Marine National Park offering a pristine snorkelling and diving experience with manta rays, turtles and gentle whale sharks. The region is habitat to abundant forest, wildlife, elephants, birds and butterflies. This paradise place is spiced with Kenyan, Arab and Italian culture. The delightful village features quaint Kenyan dukas and the ancient Gede Ruins, a mysterious 13th century Swahili village is nearby.

Palm Garden Boutique Hotel is our serene sanctuary for the week; a lush, tropical garden hideaway in the heart of Watamu’s villages, just a short walk from the Indian Ocean.

Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat, Kerala, India

This exquisite South Indian retreat is set in the shade of a coconut grove on the pristine shores of the Arabian sea in Northern Kerala.

The bare-foot luxury at Neeleshwar Hermitage is a sublime retreat experience, where Vedic well-being meets boutique-chic to create complete relaxation for the body and soul.

Neeleshwar is set in beautiful verdant gardens, oriented towards the rising sun and the ocean. The palm-roofed Garden Cottages are of traditional Keralan design, surrounded by lush gardens of palm trees, hibiscus and frangipani flowers. The cottages are built in local stone and embellished with carved woodwork by local craftsmen. Teak floors, handmade wooden furniture and contemporary art create the ambient charm of each room that is inspired by the yoga tradition.
